We deliver sustainable, technically sound planning consents on all types of land. We purchase and invest in strategic land, taking greenfield and brownfield sites through the local planning system, doing all we can to add value to the asset and a complete a sale to realise land’s true value.

We pride ourselves on having the ability to purchase freehold land across the UK, we are self-funded and operate fully from our own cash reserves.

We assembled this site by securing option agreements covering six freehold properties, paving the way for an ambitious development plan.The project comprises 103 homes and a 64-bed care home, both of which received a resolution to grant planning permission in May 2024.
